2. How can I learn about the events held at the EXPONOR Conference Centre?

3. How can I gain admission to the exhibitions which are open to the general public?
You can gain admission to the exhibitions which are open to the general public by purchasing a ticket when you visit the exhibition. The price of the tickets can be found on the main page of each exhibition’s website.

4. How can I gain admission to the exhibitions for trade visitors only?
You can get accreditation for the Exponor exhibitions that are open to trade visitors only through the website of each exhibition, by following the link Visitor > Visit the Exhibition.

5. Where can I find information on how to get to EXPONOR?
On this website you will find specific information on how to get to EXPONOR by plane, car, train, taxi, bus or the underground.

6. I am not from Porto and would like to know if EXPONOR has any preferential agreements with hotels in the area?
Yes, and on this website you can find a list of recommended hotels, where you can benefit from special conditions.

7. Where can I find information about the dates, opening times and ticket prices of the various exhibitions?

8. How can I learn about what products are on display at each exhibition?

9. How can I get up to date information on the parallel activities organised for each exhibition?

10. How can I get a list of the exhibitor companies at a specific EXPONOR exhibition?
For every EXPONOR exhibition, we publish an official catalogue in digital format with the list of all exhibitors. This catalogue is available on the “Digital Catalogue” or “Exhibitors List” page on the exhibition’s website. 11. I would like a plan of the exhibition. What should I do?

12. I normally receive information from EXPONOR by mail/ fax/ e-mail, but I have recently changed my postal/ fax/ e-mail address. What should I do to continue receiving information from EXPONOR?

13. I am an exhibitor at an exhibition and would like to amend my registration. What should I do?
To amend your registration, you should contact (by telephone, fax or e-mail) the commercial manager of the exhibition - details provided on the contacts page on each exhibition’s website. You can access the individual website of each exhibition from the exhibition calendar on the EXPONOR website.

14. I would like to organise a study trip to an EXPONOR exhibition. What should I do?
EXPONOR’s technical exhibitions are open to visits from school groups. To organise a study trip, the school body should send a fax to the Fair Assistant (no.  +351 22 998 14 82), providing information on the expected number of students, the name of the person in charge, as well as the preferred day and time for the visit. When making the request, it must be borne in mind that the professional exhibitions are not open to children under 14 and that some visits have an entrance ticket. The visit will be valid once EXPONOR has given confirmation.

15. Where can I access the necessary documentation to become an exhibitor at an exhibition?
All necessary documentation is available on the website of the relevant exhibition on the Documentation page. You can also request the necessary documentation by telephone, fax and e-mail (for the attention of the assistant sales manager – details provided on the contacts page on each exhibition’s website).
